7.11 GENERATOR BELT REPLACEMENT

1) Remove both of the side covers as outlined in Section 7.8.

2) Remove the bolt holding the idler tension spring to the frame (Figure A). Once this bolt is removed, the idler can be pivoted to remove the

tension from the drive belt (Figure B).

3) Remove the 3 bolts on each side holding the secondary pulley assembly to the frame (Figure C).

4) Loosen the 15mm nut on each side holding the generator to the frame (Figure D).
